Zorkify is an AI-powered resume and career preparation platform operated by Zouxen Private Limited ("Zouxen", "Zorkify", "we", "us", or "our").

• AI credits consumed

Zorkify does not intentionally store complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.

Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

When you use an AI-powered feature, relevant information may be transmitted to an AI service provider configured by Zorkify, such as OpenAI or Google.

• Text you provide
• Information necessary to generate the requested output

We aim to send only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested AI operation.

Your payment credentials are not intentionally sent to AI providers for the purpose of generating resume content.

To be explicit: your resume content is sent to our AI provider only to process that specific request (for example, generating or improving a bullet point) and is not used to train Zorkify's own models.

AI-generated output may be generated by automated systems and may not always be accurate.

4. Use of Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content and other materials that you submit to Zorkify, subject to any rights that third parties may have in that content.

You grant Zorkify a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Process your requests
• Generate AI outputs
• Store and display your documents
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security
• Improve and operate the Services

We do not claim ownership of your resume or career information merely because you upload it to Zorkify.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party providers to operate Zorkify.

These may include providers for:

• AI processing
• Payment processing
• Authentication
• Cloud hosting

• File storage
• Email delivery

7. Guest Resume Scans

If Zorkify allows you to scan or analyze a resume before creating an account, we may temporarily store information associated with that scan so that you can continue the process after registration.

Temporary guest information may be automatically deleted after the applicable temporary retention period if it is not associated with an account.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• Provide the Services
• Maintain your account
• Preserve your documents
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce agreements

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings, which removes your associated personal information immediately, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication methods secure.

• To AI providers when you use AI-powered functionality

• To professional advisers where reasonably necessary

Zorkify is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law.

We do not knowingly design the Services for children who are not legally permitted to use the Services.

Some of our service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
