Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zorkify, an AI-powered resume and career preparation platform operated by Zouxen Private Limited ("Zouxen", "Zorkify", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Zorkify, creating an account, or purchasing any paid service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. About Zorkify

Zorkify provides tools that may help users:

• Create and format resumes
• Improve resume content
• Analyze resumes against job descriptions
• Generate cover letters
• Generate summaries and bullet points
• Receive AI-assisted suggestions
• Export resumes and documents
• Access resume templates and related career tools

Zorkify is a productivity and career-preparation platform. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, or any particular career outcome.

2. Eligibility

You may use Zorkify only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

By using Zorkify, you represent that:

• The information you provide is reasonably accurate.
• You have the authority to use the information and files you submit.
• You will comply with applicable laws.
• You will not use Zorkify for unlawful purposes.

3. Your Account

You may access Zorkify through supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In or email-based authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting access to your authentication method
• All activity conducted through your account
• Providing accurate information

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

4. Free Credits and Paid Services

Zorkify may offer free AI credits, paid credit packs, subscriptions, or other paid features.

The number of credits, features, duration, pricing, and applicable limitations will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Credit purchases are one-time purchases.
• Paid plans do not automatically renew.
• Unused credits may be subject to the expiration or usage rules displayed at purchase.
• Prices may change for future purchases.
• Taxes, where applicable, may be included or charged separately as shown at checkout.

5. Pro Plans

A Pro plan may provide access to additional functionality, templates, or AI features for the period specified at purchase.

A Pro plan does not guarantee unlimited access to every feature forever. Specific feature availability may change as the Services evolve.

If a plan includes "unlimited" usage, reasonable technical, security, anti-abuse, and fair-use limitations may apply.

We reserve the right to prevent automated, abusive, fraudulent, or excessive usage that could negatively affect the Services or other users.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Zorkify, including your resume, career information, job descriptions, and uploaded files.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have permission to upload any third-party information.
• Your content does not violate another person's rights.
• Your content does not contain unlawful material.

You grant Zorkify the limited rights necessary to host, process, reproduce, transmit, analyze, and transform your content solely for operating and providing the Services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Zorkify uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume writing, optimization, scoring, summaries, cover letters, and related tasks.

AI-generated content:

• May contain errors
• May be incomplete
• May contain inaccurate statements
• May incorrectly interpret your information
• May produce recommendations that are not suitable for your circumstances

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.

You must not knowingly submit false, fabricated, or misleading information to an employer, educational institution, recruiter, government authority, or other third party.

Zorkify does not verify whether your employment history, qualifications, certifications, skills, achievements, or other claims are true.

8. ATS Scores and Predictions

Zorkify may provide ATS scores, compatibility scores, recommendations, or other assessments.

These scores are estimates generated using automated methods.

Actual applicant tracking systems may use different algorithms, configurations, ranking systems, filters, or employer-specific criteria.

Therefore, Zorkify does not guarantee that:

• A particular ATS will produce the same score
• A resume will pass an employer's ATS
• Your application will be shortlisted
• You will receive an interview
• You will receive a job offer

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zorkify for unlawful purposes.
• Create fraudulent resumes or applications.
• Fabricate degrees, employment, certifications, skills, or achievements with the intention of deceiving others.
• Upload another person's personal information without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the Services without authorization.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Zorkify templates without permission.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Services.
• Use Zorkify to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

10. Templates and Intellectual Property

Zorkify, including its software, interface, branding, logos, templates, designs, graphics, text, databases, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Zouxen Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to a template does not transfer ownership of that template or its underlying design or code.

You may use available templates to create your own personal documents in accordance with your plan.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit Zorkify templates or platform components unless expressly authorized by Zouxen.

11. Third-Party Services

Zorkify may depend on third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, AI providers, analytics providers, and other technology providers.

The availability and functionality of certain Zorkify features may depend on these third parties.

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, Stripe, or other payment providers made available through Zorkify.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized use, duplicate transactions, technical errors, or other abuse, subject to applicable law.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account where reasonably necessary if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• You attempt unauthorized access.
• You misuse credits or paid features.
• You interfere with platform security.
• Your use creates a material risk to Zorkify or other users.
• We are required to do so by law.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep Zorkify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security incidents
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party service failures
• Internet or network problems
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features as the product develops.

15. Disclaimers

Zorkify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will always be available.
• AI output will always be accurate.
• Resume suggestions will result in employment.
• ATS scores will accurately predict every employer's ATS.
• Generated documents will contain no errors.
• The Services will meet every user's specific requirements.

You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying information generated through Zorkify.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zouxen Private Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zouxen Private Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your submitted content
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Fraudulent or misleading information submitted by you

18. Changes to the Services

Zorkify is continuously evolving.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, pricing structures, templates, credit systems, or other parts of the Services.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will include a new "Last Updated" date.

Where required by law, we may provide additional notice.

Continued use of Zorkify after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Zouxen Private Limited, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
